Product Warranty

Please note that e-cigarette kits, mods, and batteries are made up of separate parts, therefore they may have varying warranty periods. Part of the reason for this is that the items, such batteries and clearomizers, are consumable.

Vape Mods and Kits

You have six months from the day you get your vape kit or mod to use it. This guarantee does not cover damage that happens by accident or from normal use. Your guarantee will be void if the kit has been damaged in any way. Please call us to report any issue. You might have to send the kit or mod back for evaluation. To make a valid warranty claim, you must send the device or mod back to us in its original packing.

Batteries

All external batteries come with a 60-day warranty from the day you get them. If you damage the battery by using it wrong or handling it wrong, this warranty is no longer valid. The 60-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please get in touch with us if you think your battery is broken and tell us what the problem is. We will look into it. We will replace the battery if the problem is the manufacturer's fault. You might have to send the battery back to us for testing.

Chargers for batteries

All battery chargers come with a 12-month warranty that starts on the day you buy them. If the charger is found to be broken because the user made a mistake or didn't handle it properly, the warranty will not apply. Please get in touch with us to report any issue. You might have to send the charging unit back for evaluation.

E-Liquids and Pods

E-liquids and pods come in sealed packages and don't come with a warranty. This rule only doesn't apply when there is a problem with how an item was made. If you think something you got is broken when it arrives, please get in touch with a team member within seven days of getting it. We will send you new items if there is a mistake with the shipping of portion of your order. If you get your purchase and something is missing, you have 48 hours to let us know so we can fix the problem.

Please note that we will need the batch number from the box for any throwaway warranty claims.

Tanks, clearomizers, and cartomizers

There is no guarantee on tanks and clearomizers because they are disposable. But if you tell us within seven days that the item is broken or dead when it arrives, we will replace it or give you your money back at our discretion. Our technical staff will need to look at the item again. We don't give refunds or exchanges on anything that are broken by the user.
