Once your support ticket is submitted, a member of our team will respond promptly to help resolve the issue or provide instructions on how to return your item.
Online Returns Policy
Returning Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the product:
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
• The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of your return being authorised.
• Returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Important: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened e-liquids
• Opened vape kits
• Used Items unless the item is faulty.
Returning Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not working as expected:
1. Please submit a support ticket via the Contact Form.
2. Our support team will assess the issue and provide instructions or necessary return forms.
We will either:
• Resolve the issue, or
• Replace/refund the faulty item after inspection.

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships:

Note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, especially for items over £50 in value. We cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

3. If approved, process your refund via your original payment method
